Belgrade - Serbia president Aleksandar Vucic on Friday blasted fans of Paris Saint Germain as "bandits and hooligans" after a stormy Champions League clash against Red Star Belgrade in the French capital.

"We are going to ask for the names of the bandits and hooligans who attacked supporters of Red Star Belgrade with batons," said Vucic in remarks quoted by national press agency Beta.

"We want to see them punished."

Supporters of the two sides clashed after Wednesday's game at the Parc des Princes which was won 6-1 by the French champions with around 300-400 hooded fans met with tear gas by French riot police.
