Manchester City have guaranteed progression to the last 16 of the Champions League for the eighth successive season after topping Olympiacos 1-0 on Wednesday in Greece.

Phil Foden capped off a slick team move to give the visitors the lead nine minutes before the interval as City's spotless record in this year's tournament continues with a fourth win from as many games.

With the victory, City remain top of Group C on 12 points. Porto sit second on 6 points ahead of the Portuguese side's match in Marseille later in the day.
