Wolverhampton Wanderers held Olympiacos at bay on Thursday to reach the Europa League quarterfinals and maintain hopes of an all-Premier League semifinal later this month.

Raul Jimenez converted his sixth penalty of the season, scoring his 27th goal in all competitions to give Wolves a 1-0 win (2-1 on aggregate), keeping them on a collision course with Manchester United.

In the remaining last-16 fixture, FC Basel advanced with a 1-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt after already building a 3-0 aggregate lead in the first leg back in March.

Wolves will now face Sevilla in a one-off quarterfinal on Aug. 11 in Duisburg. Basel will meet Shakhtar Donetsk on the same day in Gelsenkirchen.

All Europa League games will be played in Germany due to COVID-19 restrictions. The tournament will follow a single-elimination format, up to and including the final on Aug. 21.

Here's the quarterfinal bracket:

  • Inter Milan vs. Bayer Leverkusen (Aug. 10)
  • Manchester United vs. Copenhagen (Aug. 10)
  • Wolverhampton vs. Sevilla (Aug. 11)
  • Shakhtar Donetsk vs. FC Basel (Aug. 11)
